Default [solved] EXPLAY T10 doesn't respond and "battery charged complete" on screen


I have an explay T10, after recharged and copied data from my PC it doesn't response, I unplugged the cable but it just appear the nitice "Battery charged complete!" on the screen, i can't do anything, i try to hold the Power button to shut down but no result..
Anyone help me, plz

ok, i've solved my problem , just press the reset button inside the hole of ear jack, if some one get this problem, let try to do

Thanks for letting us know you have solved your own problem.
You say there is a reset button "inside the hole of ear jack"? That's interesting to see. Is there any change you can send us a photo? I haven't seen a reset button INSIDE the hole of the ear jack though? Perhaps next to it, but not inside so would be interested to see a photo of it.

Dear Mr Binh, I think you're Vietnamese, because i'm Vietnamese too , so it's very difficult to me to express my idea .
Actually, about my problem, i got some informations about my MPx player at its website explay.ru , it shows that the reset button placed INSIDE the player, in the hole of ear jack, it's amazing! You can use a stick to press the reset button and mustn't open your Player
