RK27SDK, connect problem - "Not formatted, do u want format?"

Just receive him today, have only USB cable, no CD.
When i connect to USB, shows up F: and G: disks
But i cant enter on them...
when d-click on F: writes = Not formatted, do u want format? :
After formatting, ERROR: "Cant finish format"

Tried lots of guides from here:

RK27 Device Manager - When clicking (Restore) after 5secs USB disconnect and error with "Rockusb"
Also writes on middle - "Version of new firmware is older than the player"

Mp3 player disk manager - "Not detected removable dick! Please check the dick connected"

Help please.

Have you tried using a different USB cable just in case? It has been known that a faulty USB cable can cause this type of problem and it would be the easiest thing to try...........

Let us know....

spend almost 6 hours on solving problem, and imagine what..

ONLY WAS NEEDED RESTART OF PC ;)

(sometimes we looking in more than needed)
