Can only see demo files, not folders
 

I have bought a player: RK27SDK, hardware ID: 080722, 32G touchscreen from China. It works fine playing the preinstalled demo songs and videos. When I connect it to my PC I can only see the demo files (all of them), but not the folders. this makes it impossible (for me) to load music, photos, books or videos to the correct folders. Please help!

What if you load the music and videos just straight into the ROOT of the player instead? Will it still play?
Some players are clever enough to distinguish the difference file formats and puts them into the correct category in the Menu within your player.
