How to remove memory hack on a ATJ2137N chip?

Hi I bought a touchscreen mp4 player that was stated as 16GB but it really as 4GB.

The controller chip is an Actions ATJ2137N

Memory is a MT29F32G08CBAAA (4GB)

This is what I get with chip genius:

PnP Device ID: VID = 10D6 PID = 1101
Serial Number: 5&&30FBBB26&&0&&6
Revision: (Information not returned)

Device Type: Standard USB device - USB2.0 High-Speed

Chip Vendor: Actions(??)
Chip Part-Number: ATJ209X/ACU75XX

I tried the MP3 Disk Tool as it doesn't recognise the player, on the partion tool it states 0GB and won't let me slide the slider.

I'd really like to remove the memory hack so please help!

Anyone?

When I try "mp3 disk tool" it says: "not detected removable disk! Please check the disk connecting, or reboot system!"
I read that usually happens when it's not an actions chip, in my case it is, I even opened the player. Usually it says on "mp3 disk tool" 0GB capacity, but sometimes out of the blue it says 3269.97 Mb but on the partion tab it still says 0GB capacity, when I click start it shows "Not supporting this type disk!"

Any ideas?
