The markings on the chips inside are The bigger one Toshiba JP7842 Taiwan 06479AE TC58NVG3D4CTG00 The smaller one ATJ2091N F819608 >S62< not sure about S62... can i flash it somehow? thanks in advance... |

ok i came to a point where my PC recognizes the mp3 player, i can format it, put songs in it, but i don't have a menu on it...display only lights with green light..
you can see the picture of the mp3 and the model numbers in previouse posts, i would like to add that it has 1gb...i can shortcircute it and i know how to put in firmware, i just can't find the right one....i even tried different utilities...can someone please help me out, did anyone have sililar player? |
if anyone is interested in how to get the mp3 to be recognized as an USB Flash disk read this thread
http://mympx.org/forum/dead-players/...ery-guide.html that's what i did and then i used MP3 Utilities to import this firmware Download i think that this firmware is a firmware of an mp4 player, cause i see images when i open it in s1res.... it won't work as an mp3, but you will at least have an USB Stick.... i think that my mp3 is this series 9.x.x and there is no tool to extract firmware from it, from what i red so far... we will just have to wait for someone to be able to extract firmware for a player like this... IF ANYBODY READS THIS THREAD AND NEEDS HELP, PM ME; I WILL REPLY.... |
MP3 Player
You should try a lot of firmwares; maybe you'll find the one which is working.
That's the only way to recover your player. |
