MP3 and MP4 players memory hack, please help

The first one is an MP3 and AMV player 16GB, the second one is a touch screen MP4 player, without camera 32GB.

Can you tell me, how can i fix the memory, to say a good size, because i want to use them. So i need some formatting tool,or some help, you know, what i need really.
