mini 16gb mp4 player - file format error

can anyone tell me how to get this warning file format error off mp4 player.

Are you only getting this error when you are trying to play VIDEOS or any files?
Do you have a link or URL of your player?

Hi, mp4 only plays fm radio and that's it.

WOW! This has always happened or only just started happening?
I would suggest, backing up the files on your player then, FORMATTING it to see if it has a memory hack.
Do you have more details of your player, where you bought it from and from who?
