Got a touch screen Rockchip RK27 player - help identify a chip

Got a "16GB" player, think it is only 2GB.

Trying to identify a Samsung chip inside it - it says on the chip:

Samsung 103
K4S2816328-tc1l
AJK452BA Korea

What is this chip? The player also has a hynix 2GB chip, but just wanted to make sure this wasn't another memory chip.

Asking cause I followed some instructions on this forum about getting the true size, using Windows Enabler, then diskmanagement to format to correct size (after running flashnul). Did this on a "32GB" rizone player and the unallocated space (that didn't actually exist) disappeared as expected, but this time it is all staying there, making me a little hesitant about whether it does actually exist.

This chip is the only thing it could be, but was hoping someone on here would be able to help me out in identifying it! A google search didn't help me much.

Cheers.

Its your 128MBit SDRAM chip (ALLDATASHEET.COM - Datasheet search site, Datasheet search site for Electronic Components and Semiconductors and other semiconductors.).
