how to view hidden partition on my kiwie?

Hello everyone,
this is my first post, excuse my English but I use google for translation. : P.

I have a problem with my player. I can not see the hidden partition, I used the file "RKusb.tag" and its alternative names, I unplug and reconnect the player, but does not seem to work, I see only the partition of the media (music, picture, movie, etc. ..)

I used RK27DM.exe and finds "RK27SDK" but can not find other information like the version.

Entering the menu of my player and going to read the info section ver. 00.00.0006 and the date 2009-04-29.
Flashmem 5244/7898MB

I would like to access the hidden partition to make a backup of my original firmware, there is an alternative procedure to the "RKusb.tag"?

the name of my player is this:
Kiwie feel 8gb. does not have the touchscreen, but it counts with a touch-sensitive controls.

he looks this:

what operating system are you on, vista may not work??
to be honest, looking at the player i do not think it is one that has a hidden partition, it seems to me to be an older player using a different chip which measn it will not have a partition and you will not be able to mod

Just open the case, and take a look at the chips inside, at least then you'll know what you have

I don't think waiting for the device to identify itself might take too long ;)
