How i got two MP4 playes for 9$
 

This is a chat log between me and one of the counterfeit flash sellers on ebay.

I received both items and both had counterfeit, hacked flash memory. The items were clearly labeled 8GB and were only 2GB I confirmed this with h2testw.exe and a visual inspection of the flash memory chip. The serial number of the chip is for 2GB. I expect a full refund and I'm not shipping it back to you. I don't know if you know what you are selling but this is bad business. Refund my entire purchase price of USD$37.50 and I will be satisfied.

I am extremely disappointed in your service, i think it would make me a liar to give you 5 star rating. I paid for a 8GB mp4 and i received a 2GB therefor i want a 75% refund and ill be happy. Anything less and i will not be happy. I got 2 fake mp4 players for USD$37.50, so i expect a refund of USD$28.12.

I posted this because you need to know that you can get some or even most of your money back! ALWAYS start saying you want a FULL refund. This will almost always cause them to offer 50% and you can go from there to get more. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD YOU EVER SHIP THE ITEM BACK EVEN IF PAYPAL OR EBAY TELLS YOU TO! YOU WILL NEVER SEE THE ITEM AGAIN AND YOU WILL GET NO REFUND!

p.s. i sold the mp4 players for 20$ each after i fixed them!

yep, this story is not uncommon at all and the fact that they offer refunds and beg for 5 star rating is how they continue to sell on ebay, i hope you gave them the rating they deserve (0)!! as this is how more and more will keep getting ripped off

Heres something you might not know. If you show ebay that you are unsatisfied with a seller who sells fake mp4 players YOU CANT LEAVE BAD FEEDBACK ANYMORE it simply won't let you. you cant tell other people not to buy them in any way! so i left nothing for them because i wasn't about to leave good feedback.

It just shows how much of a scammer these people are when they quite easily offer you the refund and then have the cheek to ask for a 5 star positive rating!!!!!!! That's dishonesty, times two there!
