Ben 10 MP4 Player - "unable to lock drives" using Sigmatels Firmware Update
 

Hi all,

just joined the site today as I am really stuck getting this mp4 player to work.

The problem I am having is when i use Sigmatel's Firmware stupdater.exe program to update the firmware it brings an error message

*unable to lock drives* and the updater program finishes. It also tries to connect to Itunes which gives another error message which directs me to this page and I cannot do what it states on the page as the player is not an ipod and I am running Vista.

I have no idea how to get around this and I am unable to get any music onto the player and I am about to "throw my dummy out of the pram"

any help with this would be greatly appreciated..
