i have this mp4 but how i update the firm?

Hi, i have the mp5 in the photo, but when i connect it into the pc, 2 new drives appears, in one of them i can put movie or music files on this, but the other are hidden, only drive letter appears and i can't put firm files there.
i open the mp4 and the chip reads "ROCKCHIP 2706B" but i can't found progams to update this device.

anyone can help me? thanks a lot!!

erm - you have 2 drives as 1 is the players internal meemory and one is the sd card memory which will appear a drive letter but you cant copy to it unless a card is inserted
