Downloaded videos to MP4 player but can't find them on player
I received an mp4 16gb, but not sure what kind. I downloaded a couple of videos but can't find them in the mp4 player. I'm not familiar with these devices or the hardware. Can some one help please.
Then download this ISO for a better CD for your MP4 player: MP4Disk.UIF
After you have done all of that open IMGburn and click write image to CD. Select the UIF that you downloaded and burn it to a blank CD. Open the guide on the CD and follow it. Its a guide to get youtube videos and others on your now fully working 2GB mp4 player.

Could you send us more information about your player? Where you bought it from, URL link etc....? Depending on the chipset used on your player, it will play different video formats and some will need to be converted before it plays on your player.
Also, if you go into the "Setup" and "Firmware Info" section on your player, post the firmware version and information as well which will help determine the chipset used on your player.
