Help me! MP4 gets stuck on welcome screen
 
Hello. MP4 will not open. Urgent help please! Press the release button, but gets stuck on welcome screen. What should I do?

Mmm...
It looks like a chinese mp4.
Their mp4s, sometimes, arent good.
Sorry for I cant help you.

Yes. Unfortunately china mp4! Nothing to do and not as I think. Perhaps, but it also improved firmware update I do not know. MP4 model, something I do not know what .. Thanks for your kindly mesaage...

Does your player connect to your computer when plugged into the USB port?

I bought the mp4 player from ebay:

I've the same problem. I connect mp4 to my PC with USB charger, but when I unplugged, mp4 die. When I connect again to PC, the mp4 start to work. What I'm doing wrong?

I found this item software. It's ATJ2137N chipset.
Then i plug mp4 pc. But not detected. This warning "device not detected"
Can you help me?

I would first try a DIFFERENT USB CABLE as it would be a faulty pin on your USB cable where it's not supply enough power to charge your player. If after trying a different USB cable (try two if you can) the problem still exists, then most likely the battery or board on your player is faulty so the charge is not holding on your battery.....

Let us know the result.

I think that I have a fake and damage mp4 player. The seller is jennie2688 in ebay. Please don't trust her!!!!
