Help me! MP4 gets stuck on welcome screen
 

Hello. MP4 will not open. Urgent help please! Press the release button, but gets stuck on welcome screen. What should I do?

Their mp4s, sometimes, arent good.

Does your player connect to your computer when plugged into the USB port?

I've the same problem. I connect mp4 to my PC with USB charger, but when I unplugged, mp4 die. When I connect again to PC, the mp4 start to work. What I'm doing wrong?

Then i plug mp4 pc. But not detected. This warning "device not detected"

I would first try a DIFFERENT USB CABLE as it would be a faulty pin on your USB cable where it's not supply enough power to charge your player. If after trying a different USB cable (try two if you can) the problem still exists, then most likely the battery or board on your player is faulty so the charge is not holding on your battery.....

I think that I have a fake and damage mp4 player. The seller is jennie2688 in ebay. Please don't trust her!!!!

I tried different a lot of usb cable.. There is 5.. But didn't work again.. Wellcome screen come, but not continue.. Stopp that screen...

If i update mp4 firmware, it's work? There is firmware file. But there isn't firmware tool:)

How do you think? If I complain her eBay response center, does seller must full refund?

-Really all of them seller are sell FAKE MP4 and FAKE USB!!! (16GB, 32GB etc. )

In the last month I've bought ebay too. Therefore I got FAKE all MP4 and Flash Memory. I have all complained to the Solution Center. Some of them have received a refund. Some still continues ..

If you have purchased a fake items on eBay, You open a "case" at Resolution Center and want full refund. Higher pay probably full refund.

I have purchased products:
- 64GB Flash Memory (Real: 4GB)
- 2x 32GB 3.0" MP4 (Real: 4GB and 2.8" screen)
- 3x 16GB 2.8" MP4 with Camera (Real: 2GB)

These are all FAKE .. Do not buy such large memory products NEVER eBay...

"I received the MP4 player 2 days ago. The player could be switched on only using the USB cable. It does not power on if the cable is unplugged. Now I cannot switch it on even when I plug the cable. The screen just stays black. Yesterday I wrote a message to the seller, but still no answer. Also I tried to store around 10 GB of data, but it says the space is not enough. I suspect a fake!"
