Dead player HS Actions AQ_2025 not because I upgraded
 

I got an china ipod clone dead....
There is only a black screen....
When I tried to connect...the device is detected as a new usb device....
after the problem when I connect I saw a computer on the screen and the devices is detected as a disk flash...
Now It seems as the the devices is new for the computer...black screen...
The computer can not installed correct the device...When I see the controler
I can see in details that the mp4 is detected as an usb devices as follows: USB/VID_10D6&PID_FF76/5&eE64F456&0&3
this is the identification of the device...Windows canot install correctly the device...

I did not upgrade my Firmware...
Any suggestions....the devices is supposed to be 10 days working....
I did a correct repair of my memory....after that the device worked about 10 days..It was a clone selled as 8 g but really
2 gb....
