i look at the board of my 2gb shuffle like mp3 player with no screen and all i can see in the board is these:

what are they? where is the firmware there, and how to search for it in the net?

and is there a thread that is a tutorial form the beginning upto the last on how to fix an mp3player,?
from hacked memory,upgrade firmware, how to find firmware in my mp3, what to download, all about it?

please somebody help me...
