Yes please help i have QS_AK2025 9.5.54 chipod. using Vista OS. finally found a version of the utilities with the disc utilities V4.05 and it installs ok but does not recognise the MP. keeps telling me that nothing is detected. i have tried all of the usb ports and the player is recognised by the OS. it was meant to be 8GB but is only 2GB after testing with H2TestW.
