For those who are trying to update a dead ak 2025...maybe you can try to download the following firmwares...
QS Ak 2025 and MP3 tools that recognses the ak2025 and also read correctly firmwares...

I know that you use up coins when you download from that site, I'm still figuring this site out and how it works. If you already have downloaded this, are you able to share it or upload it somwhere? I can then host it on MyMPx.org as well just in case.

no guarantee that an adfu recovery works...I tried to recover my dead mp3 and the program exits...The firmawares
are in chinese language and I not found any tool to change language or to see what are inside...the firmwares
are about 9 megas..can not modify by firmware programs....

So you have already downloaded these already and tried them?
If the firmware has any unusual characters in the file, you have to REMOVE them otherwise the upgrade software won't read them properly. Can you share the files you've downloaded with us?
