RK27SDk player cant connect to computer
 

it cant connect to my computer ...
it says unknown usb device
i think i just need a driver ...

did you recently flash it if so you have to short circuit it if not then i guess its the driver

Has this always happened, or only just recently? If just recently, did you do anything to the player like tried to update the firmware on it? If not, then try a different USB cable and see if that helps fix the problem. Does your player play normal by itself and the only problem is just when it connects to your computer?

well i just got it, brand new... i tried to connet it to mah computer and it doesnt recognize it.
it didnt come w/ a cd rom or any thing

Hi I have similar problem with Realtek 2708
if I change to another pc it works, also with the same cable
i have installed the rockusb driver
i have several players...the same
i changed motheboard thinking that the usb port were faulty but keep on doing
i think i need to format the OS
...or maybe removing the driver and reinstall...? but how in a definitive way ?
