Lightbulb Help removing memory hack on rizone "16" gb mp4 player

hello out there, i was hoping someone could helo with the rizone mp3 player.

I have done the test and have got that the memory is 1.8gb only. But still i have tried and the hack removal
ways that are listed on MyMPx but they do not work.
When i use the flash program that is mention to do the low level clean i cannot cause when i selete "physical " drive or wateva it doesnt register the mp3 then. i can only do it on "logical drive".
Iv also tried it in dos with "mkdosfs" and that way didnt work either.

I think it must be a newer hack i only recieved it in Jan 2010. please someone with any help so i can get some use out of it
i would very much appreciate it.
Also it has a "ROCKCHIP rk27xx chip in it.

thanks again.
Bfy.
