AK3631LQ14402 Anyka can't hold more than about 400 songs, 32GB

I've recently bought a 32GB touch mp3 player on ebay and I'm having a hard time trying to make it working correctly. First time, I transfered 30gb of songs in the mp3. When I opened it, it took a while to get to the artist menu and then most of my bands disappeared. 30Gb of space was used but only 2GB were located in the player. I had to formate it.

I tried to copy only a few albums at the time and start the mp3, then I realized after about 400 songs, the mp3 delete the other songs but keep the space used.

Is there a way to solve this problem?

You are right about fake memory, I've tested it.
I had about 2.5Gb of music inside the mp3 when i made the test.

Hell yeah! Tell them you want 75% back and this is outrageous tell them if you don't refund my money I will open a dispute with you and ebay and give you a negative feedback.
PS if you spent over 40 ignore the 75% and say you want x,total the amount you spent -10 dollars because a mp4 with 2gb is just 10 dollars maybe less
