When mp4 turns on, goes to record section and doesn't do anything
when i turn on my mp4 it goes to record section and can't do anything with my touchscreen just with the butons (- M +)

Has your player already been like that? Or has it only just happened?
Is there a [reset] button somewhere on the side of your player by the way? I know some of them has a small 'reset' button which should reset the player (also helpful if your touchscreen is out of synch too!).
no..the player work'ed just fine .....and it just happed...and i've hit the reset buton several times
LE : can you tell me where to find an firmware for this model ?? pls
