Majestic DS88\4G What is?

Anybody know what is original manufacture factory of this player or where i can find firmware for uppgrade?
On version firmware display:
Software:Spring MLC V 3.0.3
Hardware :Magic V2.
no touch screen with Video camera recorder,4gb Memory with Mini Sd slot,
