FRM Pro does not detect my PMP
 

Hello,

I have a PMP Game console like the one in the picture below:

It can play BIN and Gameboy games as well as NES games.

I am trying to find out how to upload different firmware versions onto my console. I have the FRM Pro software, but whenever I connect my PMP Player to my PC via my USB port, the FRM Pro software does not detect it, so I can not load any firmware onto it. I understand that some sort of driver needs to be installed in order for the FRM Pro software to detect my PMP, but I have no club what it's called and where to download it.

Could someone provide more details about this driver and a download link?

the thing is though, I have another console that isn't working - the screen has turned blank. I need the FRM pro software to work
