MP4 player - white screen but still can hear music

hello,
Can someone please help me. (I am not technical at all). :confused:

My daughter dropped the MP4 player & now there is a whte sreen. However we can still hear the music, if we touch the screen & can also mute the sound.

Any help wud be appreciated.
