problem with my rk27xx

hello everyone
i have some problem with my rk27xx of 16 gb:
1. i can not put the music in the device:
when i copy the music from my computer to the mp4 i see that the device copy the music, then when i disconnected from the usb the music disappear, please help with that!!!
2. also when i check the memory of the mp4 i have 11 gb occupied already and i do not have any music in there. how is this possible, how can i take that out???
please help me!!!!!!!

Ok it clearly seems that you have a hacked memory player. What kind of player is it? Can you take a picture? if not find one like it on eBay theres tons if you search mp4.
