cant get music to go on the ML660BU mp3 player

I cant get music to go on the mp3 player, I have tried 4 times and no luck. I also lost the instruction manuel . Can you please help me?

Hi and welcome to the forum.

Some questions for you:

1. When you plug in the USB cable and plug it into your computer, does your computer recognise the player and show up a "removable disk" drive when you go into "My Computer"?
2. If it does, then all you need to do is copy your music files onto it like you would to a floppy disk, just copy and paste it into that "removable disk" drive.
3. Does your player operate and work normally though?
4. If your computer doesn't show up a drive, what you can do is try a different USB CABLE instead and see if that works (this isn't really a question, instead a suggestion ).
