Default What kind of MP4 is this?


Does anyone know what kinf od MP4 is this?

I need to know in order to download the appropriate firmware for this MP4

Unfortunately it's too difficult to tell just by looking at the screen.

Try this:
  1. In your player's main menu, go into "Setup" then "System Info" or "Version Info/Version" and post the details there. That will give us a better idea what version and chipset your player has.
  2. The best way to tell the chipset and version is to open up your player and post the board and plate ID numbers. You will find them posted on the player's board and around the LCD screen. The more details the better

Okay, I've used step 1 and this is what it gave me:

MP3 Player
LSC_91n110v_A1
2007-10-11
9.1.52
2005-01-09

From that information, your player is an ACTION chipset player.
This is it has a firmware version of 9.x.x and the LSC_____ tells me it's an ACTION Chipset player.
In terms of finding a firmware, if your player isn't broken, I would say leave it as it is. All you need to do is look through the "Dead Players" section of the forum to see what I mean. You have a much higher chance of having a DEAD PLAYER from flashing it with an incorrect firmware than to try to get some benefit from the other firmware.
