Problem with player
 

I have a 2.8" touch screen MP3/4 player 8GB. It comes from ANYTS Store. I want to find out what firmware to use to update it as I cannot seem to play videos on it. The player says the software is TV802 MLC V1.2.3A, hardware is S308A V1.3

maybe it's mp4 player, so you should play mp4 format vedio. if you play the avi and rmvb formats, it can't play them. so you must convert these format vedios to mp4 format which your mp4 player can support.

check whether the problem is above. and when you vonvert the format please remeber set up the vedio size of final format.

Do you have a SAMPLE video on the player?
Can you send us a URL link to where you bought the player from or was it from an actual store?

What you could also do is download a whole lot of sample .avi video files from here: http://mympxplayer.org/sample-rockchip-videos-with-different-screen-sizes-df1014.html and see if they play on your player.

If you can post more information about your player, some photos etc... that would be more helpful.
