Mp4 Player just charging and not connecting to computer
 

Hello Everyone,

I really hope you can help me.
I bought on Ebay an MP4 mini player. I have found a pic of it ( Album )
Mine looks just like this one, it has no Camera etc.

I tried to put Music on it and conected the Player with my PC with an USB cable, but it did not what it should.
The Player started charging the battery instead of opening me a Window where I could drop in some Music.

The "manual" wich was send with the Player doesnt say anything about those probs.
Can anyone help me?

Sounds like a possible faulty USB cable.
The pins that connect your player to your computer is probably faulty while the power pins are ok (so hence why your player still charges).

Try a different USB cable and see if that helps solve your problem.

The Power went off this Night and I had to restart my PC.
Well after doing this the Window showed up at my pc. But It doesnt charge at my pc anymore ....
I will try to do an Update on that thing, yesterday it wouldnt work.....

i'm sorry to hear that! what a pity and your mp4 player is so beautiful.

i want to add a suggestiong. i think maybe the windows operating system can't support your mp4 player fireware, or the USB support don't work normally.
so try another PC.
