Help to identifiy this RK27XX player
Firstly, I tried to upload photos to gallery but they did not show up. Maybe I did something wrong but be patient, please, I am not a geek. I uploaded them here:
Imageshack - 28052010122.jpg Imageshack - 28052010121.jpg Imageshack - 28052010118.jpg I have some questions- can you help me to identify it? There are no screws, when I turn it on there is the only system information RK 27XX. There is no type of identification in manual either. I am afraid of only 1 thing- how to change battery after years when it will be needed, in general is it possible for a reasonable price? |
Hi, knowing that it's a rk27xx player is maybe as much as one can. For the battery, if its not exposed/meant to be changed by the owner you have to open the player in order to replace it. I think any 3,7V battery with as many Ah as you need will do it. Changing it in this case may require to unsolder/solder two wires from/to the board.

Hello!
Thank you for you prompt response! Hi, knowing that it's a rk27xx player is maybe as much as one can. - You are suggesting that these Chinese mp3 players have no more known distinction that can help anyone later to update firmware or what? I am just asking to be sure. Is that the case that they do not have a name and generation as ipods? Or there are thousands of different rk27xx that use basically the same firmware? About that battery thing- how would you open that player, when there are no screws? just curiosity, I will let it do at some service center:) One more time, thank you! |
hi i'ver got the same one. is there any update to watch pdf's ???
thx in advance |
