mp3 mp4 touch player stays at same time and date

Hi all, i hope i have posted in the right place, my touch screen player works great, well, so far, :papart from i can't set the date and time:confused:. When i set the time say to 9.00, it stays at that time, as does the date. I am not sure what chip or firmware the model has but i have attached a picture of the player which is similar minus the camera.
