Default unbranded mp4 player


hi people,i have just recently purchested a unbranded 3.0 touch screen mp4 player,im wanting to backup the firmware partions,tried using rkusb.tag changing tag name etc etc,but with no joy,im runnig on windows 7 could that be the problem???Click the image to open in full size. i cant get the hidden pation to reveal itself!

If you're running 64-bit Windows 7 that could be the issue. Software having to do with mp4 players tends to be dodgy, it's best to find a XP 32-bit computer and do it on there. S1clone for example runs fine on 64-bit if the player gets into USB drive mode, but ADFU mode will not work because there is no driver for 64-bit.

ADFU? Unless Actions players have grown touchscreens recently, I doubt his player uses Actions.

sames issue happened to me in my win7 64, so tried win7 32bit.
