16 GB MP4 froze. Does not work.

I bought the device from ebay. Device to create a new folder outside of the standard folders that I copied into the folder of image files. After the file has been corrupted files, I noticed when I want to watch. The other half of the image is properly part of the picture was distorted. Turned to a very strange character filenames. File names changed automatically on the device itself. I think I turned off the device improves. That did not work then the device again. I want to run the device at the screen I see the WELCOME text. I reset a few times. But the problem was not solved. I think I delete the files from the device installed in such devices will not work. My player looks just like yours, also was supposed to be 16GB, but, as a lot of these players are hacked memory, it is only 1.65 GB free memory. I believe image files are limited to 5MB size. If you write to much to the memory (over 2GB) it corrupts the files and sometimes the file names.

You should copy the directory files and directories to your computer before you format and then copy them back later.

You might be able to see the memory with 'Active Partition Manager' free. It did work on 3 of my players.
