my mp4 is cant be detected by any computer or device. what shall i do?

Is this a NEW problem that only has just started or has this always been a problem? Have you been able to connect it to your computer before?

The easiest and quickest thing to try is ANOTHER USB CABLE and see if that connects your player to your computer. If not, please post more details about the error message.

if you have tried more than 3 computers, I guarantee it's the cable issue.
