Chinese mp4 - processor microchip overheats
 

Hello everybody. I registered in this page because i need some help ;). Sorry if this don't fit in this forum.

I have a generic mp4 "Players" 4 gigas. The processor microchip overheats. First issue, the mp4 doesn't turn on, so i changed the battery. Works well, but i noticed that the mp4 micro overheats. I desoldered the battery and connected it to the pc. If i touch the micro for 2 seconds it hurts. Also searched any cut circuit.

What goes wrong??

maybe you might want to check the pins pn the processor? if ones are touching that shouldn't be, that might be your problem. if the processor is ok, check everywhere else, if someting that shouldn't be touching is touching, it might be what is making it really hot.
