[solved] mini mp4 player 8gb 2.8 touch screen stuck on load up screen

hi hope someone can help turned on player and it got stuck on load up screen so connected it to pc files came up so i saved my music/videos to my pc so thought something had gone wrong with software/firmware so i formatted it what do i need to do now??? it still turns on and sticks on load up screen or when its connected to pc it just shows the pc and mouse screen and when plug in mains it shows charging screen no buttons work have to turn off with reset also pc still reconises mp3 hard drive

solved at last followed ARMGUTX instructions http://mympx.org/forum/firmware/43646-rockchip-rk2608a-firmware.html

Used the consumer update 3.1.2.1 software than opened HTC-039C-MLC-EN-1.84V-15--9325-080521B.rfw plugged in mp4 player to pc then found rockchip device then opened file rockusb.sys it then loaded drivers then pressed update on program and bingo updated firmware and now working perfect also looks better than the older firmware

hi just fixed my mp4 player and want to get it back to original state ie i need the demo video and pics that are pre loaded on it please any links or can anyone take them from there player pls
