Help please

ok i got this mp4 player from ebay, problem is it went wonkey and kept copying files that was on it by its self and maxed out its own memory, so had to format, on it it had a file that was called mp4 system (do not remove) inside it it had some outher files that pc could not read as it was wrong script, of cause it got removed when the unit was formatted, now the unit wont make playlists list songs or movies (amv format) the unit kinda works with mp3's but u can not forward to next one or anything just play from start ect ect, the unit is plain pink no s/n no moddle no no nothing on it, what i can ifnd is the firmware verstion withcj is 2009/05/06

has any one got the missing file/s that are reqired to make it work properly again or know where to get them? i hope some one can help meny thanks jono
