Failed to Upload QS20K21_B-key V0.3 Master: AK2025 Firmware of the player. The ProductTool_4.21 says this:

I tried to install firmware for my dead player, but ProductTool 4.21 indicates that message.
Player is QS20K21_B-key V0.3 AK2025, Screen N: SNW177-7735-3 (D)
Nand Flash DYNET 27UAG8T2MTR
Please tell me what is this message "Bandflash type returned by HWSC is not supportted by the firmware"?
Maybe the problem is different manufacturer of Nando Flash?
I tried a several firmware, but every time the same message.
Does anyone have any explanation?
