Does anyone know how to upgrade the firmware on a 2.4"tft screen mp4 player with 1.3 pixels digital camera?

I don't know if its that or not. this player won't convert a avi, i convert like I always did now it keeps saying file format error.

Please someone help.

Download and install COWON MEDIA CENTER Jetaudio 8.x Plus in pc.
Then you'll see its Video conversion option.
You have to select iPod avi or MPEG-4
After conversion you'll have to paste it to your players flash.
If you buy JXD MP5 990 then you will not need to convert videos,as it plays all popular formats. But pricy 8GB is worth 120USD.
