Boust 8GB 4.3 " Joystick Digital Game MP4 Player (BST-M4303)
Hello people!
I've recently acquired a game console resembling the PSP, but calling it a clone would be an overstatement. It's manufactured by Boust, some chinese company, and I have a few problems regarding it. Now, for movies and music it's pretty good, I mean the sound may not be the best I had but it's acceptable. But when I watch movies I have no volume control whatsoever, and it's pretty annoying. For the games part, well, they advertise it as a GBA.SMD,NES,GB,GBC,BIN emulator. NES games... work most of the time, but sometimes they are laggy and the music sounds out of tune. The rest are horribly emulated. Lag all the time and sometimes the console even freezes (this happened with an NES game too). The manual that came with the package is a joke so it hasn't been of any help. I've studied as much as I could understand on different forums about this mpx "phenomenon" and from what I read I should probably try to update its firmware. Well, I had no luck finding anything that could help me whatsoever. The current firmware is shown as "P2_100423_int_us225a_..." and it ends there. I actually opened it because I understand you need the Chipset number and stuff like that. The ChipsetID is ATJ2259C and the Board is ZX-8082D-TLSK-T-V2.8 20100811 and the player looks like this: http://i71.servimg.com/u/f71/16/11/62/56/24895610.jpg If anyone can help, please do. I'm still a noob in this domain but I'm willing to learn. |
