rk2728B editor personalize images

Hi, I´m looking for a editor for personalize images on rk2728B. I have found a program (see link below) but it doesn´t work. It can´t open BMPO.BIN or .img
I have tried with ImageSearcher but it doesn´t show images properly. Thanks

Hello, in order to get access to the hidden partition, that contains the files in question, you must first create a file.

Go to Microsoft Word and create a new document.

Then, save the document with the filename "RKUSB.TAG"

Then place the file you created on your main/root directory folder of your PMP device.

Remove the data cable, and power down the device.

Then plug it back into the computer, and you should see two new partitions loading up.

Be patient, takes a little time for them to load up.

Once you are done with what you are trying to do, please remove the "RKUSB.TAG" file off your player. This will once again disable the hidden partitions. This is a good thing, as it will keep virus's away from them, and unwanted pokers.

I have BMPO.BIN but I can´t edit images using ImageSearcher. ImageSearcher doesn´t work for RK2728B chip. I´´m looking for a program to edit BMPO.BIN used in RK2728B

Recently I bought a MP5 PMP device, and I needed to get access to my hidden partitions to make backups, and to see if I could get more games on it. Thats when I came across a post that was hidden deep in the forum , regarding the hidden partitions on these devices.

Glad I was able to help, sorry to hear that program didn't work though. Any chances on Adobe Photoshop handling what you need? As far modifying the firmware, will this program help you out any?
