Can't turn up volumer of my mp3
 

Hi,

I have a Vios mp4 player mp44v1001 and it had been working perfectly for almost 4 monts. I put more songs in it, and when i unplugged it from the computer the languaje had change to chinesse. I changed back the languaje but when I try to play music the volume was all turned up even though it showed is was in 7 (from 1 to 30). I tried to turn down the volume untill I reached 0 but you could still hear it all up so I turned it off and I went to sleep. The next day I try to play music again but now you couldn't hear anything so I try to turn up the volume but it got stuck in 0. The button works for others functions so I know that's not the problem and I tried to format it but it won't work.

Can somebody help me, please????

I'm desperate and I don't know what to do.
