Problems with chinese MP4
Hi folks
This is my first post here
I recently received this MP4 player
$28.70 - Designer's 2.8" Touch Screen Portable Multi-Media Player w/ 1.3MP Camera/FM Radio/AV OUT/TF (4GB) - MP3/MP4 Players
But it have problems and I dont know how to repair it. I discussed the problems here

Basically it has 2 problems, the volume increases by itself and it can not be see by the PC so I can not transfer files to it.
It uses ATJ2237T chip and I dont know if there is a firmware update available, and How to.
Any help? Thanks!
