Mp cannot modify,paste; or even format

Pleasant day,

My mp5 was not very good these days.. I think The memory is damaged.. I cant seem to repair it.. So i go to this site..
here is the problem:My mp6 (said made in japan) cannot be format.. When i tried to format it it said "windows was unable to complete the format And when i tried to format it via Dos It said Invalid media or track unusable.. When i format it on the player itself nothing happens.. I tried all i can But nothing happens I really need your help guys.. It was a 2gb hynix nand flash memory made in korea.. It is like this picture


There are 2 hynix chips in this mp5...
