Please somebody help me recover a dead mp3mp4 player
 

Hello to everybody i am new here join today on this forum because i have a big problem
sorry for my english that is not so good but anyway i have this chinese mp3 mp4 player no name and i was make the mistake to put some important photos on his memory btw has 4 gb and from 4-5 days does nt want to open anymore and by that i mean its open with blue screen and after enter that hourglass or what is the name of that and nothing stay like that
i was turn it off -on off -on over and over the same i have to say i was have problems more times with him like that but after 4=5 times turning on-off he was starting and my computer recognize him but now from 3 days does nt want anymore ...
i have on him maybe 2 gb of information right now i use a computer with Win Xp and i was put that file ADFUUPADATE.INF
and now when i turn him on says like he is ok i mean find him but in my computer does nt find it or to make an Autorun to enter inside him ... i will atach some photos too
btw that photo from device manager like that shows when i plug him in and turn it on before was nt like that because i was nt have that adfuupadate
I would really apreciated some help because i wanna recover those files and photos that i have inside him are very important to me:(:(:(:( its not for other reason THANK YOU VERY MUCH !!!!!!!!!

I was see on the youtube some tutorials and i was remeber that i never use it so much this mp4 player in this 2 years i mean i never charge the battery i was only plugg it to the computer usb transfer some data on it and turn it off could be the dead battery and that why does nt want to start??
i mean even if i plug it to the computer with usb cable and if the battery its dead that why does nt want to start?? by start i mean to enter in the Menu
because now all i have its a blue screen and sometimes that hourglass and that it does nt want to enter in the menu PLEASE IF SOMEONE KNOWS COULD TELL ME IF ITS THE BATTERY I CAN CHANGE IT BUT DOES NT WRITE ANYTHING ON MY BATTERY I DONT EVEN KNOW WHAT POWER HAS..... MAYBE SOMEONE CAN TELL TOO HOW TO FIND OR MESURE IT THANK YOU VERY VERY MUCHHHH!!

I WAS SEE THE PNG PHOTO LOOKS THE SAME LIKE MINE THE IPOD
BUT NOW WHAT I NEED TO DO ONLY DOUBLE CLICK ON THAT 9.1.52.fw? OR WHAT?
AND I NEED TO SEARCH mp3 player utilities v 3.68? TO INSTALL IT TOO?

I was try that firmware u give me but does nt work to mine :(:(

first install the mp3 player utilities v 3.68 then connect the mp4 and you will see a Found New Hardware screen after you give all you pc will recognize it as adfu device then is ready to install the firmware then open the mp3 player upgrade tool and a window of recovery mode look for the firmware I sent you to load and then you give in and begin upgrading the firmware is installed and will extract safely disconnect it and just turn on the mp4 should work with this good luck ¡
