Rizone 16gb 'uploading medialib' error

I have a rizone 16gb mp3 player that was working. after loading some additional songs i now get the message 'Uploading Medialib' and the MP3 freezes on this when switching off. i have to reset to turn the MP3 player off. what can i do to get past this.
