Question "Invalid file format" problem

Hello all...
i got a problem with my mp5 player,
specification is:
Firmware; P2_100423_int_us_225a_...
chipset; ATJ2259C
Board; XZ8082D-TLSK-T-V291
My mp5 can copy file like picture, video and game from pc to mp5.
The problem is, when i try to play video or view picture in mp5.... the file cannot open... and it state "Invalid file format"
Can anybody expert here will help me to solve this problem?
The file that i copy before this i can play. It is using same extension file name like .flv and .3gp or .jpeg
Some file can open and play but some file can't open...
Cam somebody help me to give any explanation or suggestion about this problem?
