Default 6th gen ipob mini clone Cannot connect!

Hi guys! i have checked everything here and i can't find a solution to the problem i am having with the chipod. As like all of you it states it is 32gb but actually it is only 4gb. I tried to fix the hacked data to read correctly and it did not work.

Now the player cannot be detected by the computer at all. The player hangs when it is connected to the computer. Stuck at the hourglass state. the player can be turned on but i cannot connect to PC so unable to transfer any songs. Can anybody tell me how to get it to be working/detected again?

i have attached the picture of the player and the firmware is CBD Co, LTD /2011 04 06/ 9.5.60. See attached picture also. I hope some expert out there can help me with this.

Thanks in advance people!

Is there an option to format your player within your player's [Setup] menu? I know some players have that option and that might help.

Otherwise, try a different USB cable and see if that helps as well.

Lastly, what happens when you plug it into another computer or another USB port, still same thing?

there is no such option in the Setup menu. The only thing that looks promising is the option "firmware upgrade" but when i clicked it nothing happens, just a blank screen.

Also tried other cable and other ports and other computer. Same thing happens. player just hangs. Its weird because the player can be turned on and it functioning normally.
